Full Time Nanny Position for Two in Beverly Hills! UPDATE: THIS POSITION IS CLOSED.

A busy family of 4 in Beverly Hills has returned to Nay’s Nannies after 3 years, for a new full-time nanny to begin as soon as the right fit is found!!

Both parents work from home part of the time and require a nanny who is quite flexible with their schedule and willing to work a good number of hours. The children are 3 years old (girl, in part time preschool) and one year old (boy).

The family says: "We are very loving but disciplined parents. We are looking for our new nanny to be with our family long term and we value those who work with us. We need flexibility, we are last minute sometimes. But if you can’t stay, we will figure it out. We just need someone super flexible and communicative, who will take great care of our kids.”

Location: Beverly Hills

Start Date: Right away

Pets: One friendly dog (must like dogs!)

Schedule: Guaranteed M-F 10am-7pm (please be flexible for a potential schedule shift in the fall) but will still be guaranteed full time.  Please be flexible to stay later (sometimes 2-3 times per week) and to help some Saturday nights temporarily as well; the family is planning to hire a second person to pick up some of the slack with nights/weekend help once everyone gets acclimated.

Longevity: Long term

Pay: $35+ per hour DOE (On payroll with applicable overtime)

Benefits: Standard PTO and a Healthcare option

Requirements:

o   10+ years of professional childcare experience (starting at age 18) including at least 2 years as a nanny

o   Able to run after two young children

o   Fluent English speaker

o   Excellent and direct communication skills

o   Legally authorized to work in the US

o   Valid passport for occasional travel

o   Current CPR/FA certification (in-person)

o   Clean driving record

o   Safe, reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

o   Clean criminal record (Trustline registered or willing, able to pass a thorough background check)

o   Willing to sign NDA (as there may be times where the family will have HP company)

Duties:

o   Everything related to the children (child laundry, child tidying, child organizing, child meal prep.)

o   *Please note: the family has a full-time housekeeper, but they are looking for an all-around team player.
