Renee's Story

Child care has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I went to a performing arts high school and graduated from Temple University with my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. Working as a Performing Arts Instructor and as a Recreation Leader, I developed the skills necessary to become a confident and qualified nanny for a few special families. After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, I put my focus on the role of career nanny and never looked back! My close bonds with the families I have worked with over the years on both coasts have given me an inside look into what parents are looking for in a childcare provider. My friendships with other amazing nannies coupled with my own experiences have given me insight into what nannies seek in a position. I do not believe a proper fit can arise without making sure the needs of both the family and the nanny are met.

When working towards a match, I ask the right questions and take the time to ensure a potential fit is there before putting families and prospective nannies in touch. I know what makes a great nanny and look exclusively for those qualities in all nannies I refer out. I also know what it takes to secure and retain a great nanny, and discuss rates and benefits packages with every family during our consultation.

Having been a part of some fantastic matches, I have witnessed firsthand how rewarding that can be for everyone involved. Over time, I have developed skills to aid me in my own searches for families whose child-rearing philosophies, personalities and overall vibes as people compliment my own.
