Be sure to have at least 5 years of professional childcare experience (defined as paid experience beginning at the age of 18) including at least 2 years as a full time nanny, with positive and verifiable childcare references, a valid California ID/driver's license, a clear criminal background (Trustline registered or able/willing to be), in-person/current CPR/First Aid training and be up to date on all vaccinations required by the position for which you are applying.
