As a completely complimentary service, Renee spends time getting to know you and your family, so that she can determine which live out nanny will be the perfect fit for you.
Nanny Selection
After she understands your family's needs and exactly what you are looking for, she chooses the top live out candidates from the Nay's Nannies database and posts your job elsewhere if need be, to broaden the candidate selection pool. Nay's Nannies focuses on full time placements (40+ hours per week) with a minimum of 35 hours. All of the nannies Nay's Nannies partners with are CPR/First Aid trained. Each qualified applicant is screened by Renee with one on one interviews, reference calls and document collection.
Interview and Trial Coordination
After sending you detailed candidate biographies and reference highlights, Renee serves as your coach, providing step-by-step advice and support as you meet with your top candidates. She schedules virtual interviews, offers one-day jobs (otherwise known as paid trial days) to any candidates you wish, facilitates background checks once they express interest and then coordinates these days for you.
Hiring
Once you have chosen your nanny and they accept your position, Renee assists in work agreement drafting to get you and your new nanny off to a good start. She also offers suggestions on how to best ensure that this relationship will be successful long term, because Renee genuinely cares about the happiness of our nannies and our families.
