Weekend Nanny Opportunity in Beverly Hills! UPDATE: THIS POSITION IS CLOSED.

A very kind and busy family in Beverly Hills is looking for a weekend nanny to join their family! Please note that this is a fully staffed home, so someone communicative and collaborative will be needed for this dynamic. The position details are below!

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as the right person is found) 

Location: Beverly Hills

Parents: Mom and Dad are both hard working parents but also involved!

Children: One 5-year-old boy and one 3-year-old girl (as well as a baby on the way! The family will have an NCS for the first 5-6 months, then the baby will be in the nanny’s care.)

Pets: One friendly dog (please be a dog lover!)

Guaranteed Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 7am-7pm (flexibility for some weekday support is needed and can discuss those hours and guarantee them as well)

Longevity: Long term

Pay: $40 per hour

Benefits: Standard paid time off and potential healthcare stipend

Requirements:

·      5+ years of professional experience starting at the age of 18

·      2+ years’ experience as a nanny and some time with babies

·      English speaker (Spanish speaking is a HUGE plus)

·      Current in-person cpr/first aid certification

·      Capable swimmer

·      Current tdap

·      Clear criminal history (able to pass thorough background check and Trustline registered or willing to be)

·      Clean driving record (car provided but having a safe, reliable vehicle in case of emergencies is important)

·      Legal authorization to work in the US

·      Vaid Passport a plus

Personality/Vibe: This is a professional and fully staffed, but informal home where the staff are treated like family. Mom is very meticulous and is looking for someone:

·      With professional boundaries but who is also looking to develop a great relationship with the family

·      Energetic and fun but also someone with wisdom, who mom can blindly trust to make sound decisions

·      With good values

·      Who takes their work seriously and truly loves kids

·      Who can hold a disciplinary line when needed and meet the children where they are

·      Is loving, warm, and very organized who can really help support the family and get ahead of things proactively(Help pack for a trip for example, self-sufficient)

·      Sensitive to the dynamic, everyone helps

·      With team mentality and humility

·      Who understands social cues

·      Crafty and creative to engage highly in meaningful ways with the children

·      Who can help the oldest child establish routines and get into his rhythm independently

·      Who can really copilot with mom in all the things that have to do with the kids

·      Comfortable /confident to take both kids on outings alone

Duties:

·      Child related but also someone open to being helpful in other ways (light tidying/family assistant type duties)

Travel: Not required but opportunities for travel will come up!
