This is our second collaboration position with another local agency!

We’re assisting a loving, creative family seeking a warm, experienced nanny for a 6-month role while they’re in town from Idaho. They will be staying in Sherman Oaks. Their two vibrant kiddos (ages 3 years and 4 years) thrive in an imaginative, screen-free, Waldorf-inspired environment filled with nature walks, painting, storytelling, and hands-on play.

This family values low-tech living, healthy eating, and a gentle, consistent approach to discipline. They’re looking for a nanny who’s aligned with their rhythm—someone nurturing, outdoorsy, and fully engaged.

Start Date: When the right person is found

Guaranteed Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm

Compensation: $35-$45 per hour on payroll

Requirements:

5+ years of professional childcare experience starting at the age of 18

Legal authorization to work in the US

Fluency in English

Current in-person CPR/FA certification (or willing to obtain)

Clean criminal background (Trustline registered or willing to be)

Clean driving record and a safe reliable vehicle

Comfort with dogs

Waldorf training a big plus

Super high energy to plan fun activities and to keep up with two active littles!
