Full Time Infant Nanny Position 6+ Month Contract in Pasadena!

A warm and welcoming family in Pasadena is looking for a full-time nanny to join them in October and care for their happy, social baby girl. They are hoping to find someone experienced with infants who is warm, engaging, communicative, and excited to become a trusted part of their daughter’s life as she grows! Start Date: Mid-October 2026

Location: Pasadena

Parents: Mom and dad both work primarily from home

Child: One 7-month-old baby girl

Pets: One friendly large doodle

Guaranteed Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm

Longevity: At least six months, with potential to extend

Pay: $35-$40 per hour with standard paid time off 

Requirements:

· 5+ years of professional childcare experience starting at the age of 18

· Experience caring for babies in the 6–12-month stage and strong knowledge of infant development, milestones, solids, and age-appropriate routines

· Fluent English with good verbal and written communication skills

· Annual flu shot

· Current tdap

· Initial Covid vaccine + one booster

· Current in-person infant CPR/First Aid certification

· Able to pass a thorough background check and go through the TrustLine registration process

· Clean driving record (for potential future driving)

· Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Personality/Vibe: The family is looking for someone warm, engaging, and genuinely excited to spend the day with their daughter. Someone communicative and proactive who will talk, read, play, go on neighborhood walks, and help the baby explore and reach new milestones. Both parents work from home and may pop in and out throughout the day, so they are looking for someone comfortable with that dynamic and who can be collaborative with them. They value a nanny who feels comfortable sharing observations and ideas while also respecting the parents’ preferences and routines.

Duties: Primarily baby-related care including bottle feeding and meals, baby laundry, keeping nursery and play areas tidy and organized, cleaning bottles/dishes/high chair, engaging baby in developmentally appropriate play, putting her down for naps and supporting her daily routine. Light household support would also be appreciated, including loading/unloading the dishwasher, keeping the kitchen and common areas tidy, and occasionally helping with family laundry as time allows. The family has a large doodle that is very friendly. No regular pet care is required, but they would love someone comfortable acknowledging him, giving him some affection, and occasionally letting him outside. 

Travel: None required.
