Two kind and hard-working dads in Calabasas are looking for a new stellar nanny for their twin 2.5-year-old boys!

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Calabasas

Parents: Two dads who work from home some of the time

Children: Sweet, healthy, and active 2.5-year-old twin boys

Pets: 3 dogs and 2 cats (Very rarely might ask the nanny to feed them but other than that, no pet duties are required)

Guaranteed Schedule: TTH 7am-7pm and either Sat or Sun 7am-7pm (36 hours guaranteed)

Longevity: Long term!

Pay: $45-$50 on payroll with applicable overtime

Benefits: Standard paid time off

Requirements:

·      5+ years professional experience starting at the age of 18

·      Multiples experience

·      Ability to commute to and from Calabasas without punctuality issues

·      Verifiable, impeccable references from past nanny families

·      CPR/first aid certification (in-person and current or willing to update)

·      Clean criminal background (Trustline registered or willing to go through the process

·      Clean driving record (the family has a nanny car for on-the-job driving!)

·      Fluent English speaking

·      Firm understanding of child development

·      Covid vaccinated

·      Willingness to care for moderately sick children (aside from extreme illness such as HFM)

Personality/Vibe: The parents describe this as a calm, chill house. They are looking for someone reliable and proactive who can work independently without a ton of adult interaction. Dads are busy and doing their own thing during the day, but they do want a positive, friendly relationship. This is not a fully staffed home, though they do have a weekly housekeeper. They are looking for someone to engage with the boys, who has firm and loving boundaries. The kids thrive on a good-hearted person who will also say “No” when necessary. Think stern but not mean.

Duties: Child related duties only (but someone open to family assistant duties in the future to keep it long-term would-be a plus!)

Travel: Yes, occasionally
