Full Time Nanny Position for Two in Los Feliz! UPDATE: THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED!

A laid back and kind family of 3 (4 in the fall!) is searching for a new full time nanny to begin as soon as possible at their home in Los Feliz! The job details are below. Please read them in FULL and follow the instructions to apply!

Location: Los Feliz (right at entrance of Griffith Park!)


Parents: Mom (works from home occasionally from home but not looking to micromanage) and Dad (likely will be working from home office)

Children: One 2.5-year-old boy (healthy, happy, very active/energetic and a social butterfly/goofball and a grazer so getting him to eat can be a challenge; is in school now from 8:30-2pm) and one baby boy (due end of September!)

Pets: One older husky mix (has a dog walker and sleeps a lot. No expectations other than maybe filling water/food bowl occasionally.)

Guaranteed Schedule: M-TH 7:30am-6pm

Longevity: Long term ideally to grow with the family!

Pay: $35-$40 per hour

Benefits: Standard PTO

Requirements:

• 5+ professional experience starting at age 18, including time with two young children and newborns

• Fluent English speaking

• Authorized to work in US.

• Competent swimmer

• Clean criminal background (Trustline registered or willing)

• Current in-person cpr/first aid certification

• Covid vaccinated with at least 1 booster

• Annual flu shot

• Current tdap

• Clean driving record

• A safe, reliable vehicle for mileage reimbursement would be preferred

Personality/Vibe: The family describes themselves as pretty chill. Someone with a calmer energy who is a bit less chatty would be a good fit for them. But also, someone interactive, energetic, and engaging with the kids. The family is playful, with a good sense of humor.

Duties: Child related only.

Travel: Not a requirement
