Full Time Nanny Position for Two Boys in Beverly Hills!

A kind and friendly family of four in Beverly Hills is searching for a new full-time nanny to begin right away! Please read the job details below IN FULL and only apply if you meet all listed requirements by following the instructions in the job posting. Thank you!

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Beverly Hills

Parents: Mom and dad both work full time (from home some of the time)

Children: One 3.5 boy (in school part time: observant, verbal, high energy, very sweet) and one 1.5-year-old boy (understands everything, is in speech therapy but says certain words so someone who will help nurture his language development and read a lot with him would be great; also high energy, sweet and cuddly.)

Pets: One dog (senior, nearing the end of his happy life)

Guaranteed Schedule: M-F 7:30am-5:30pm

Longevity: Long term (family planning to potentially add a third baby to the mix!)

Pay: $35-$40 per hour and standard paid time off (with a holiday bonus)

Requirements:

·      5+ professional childcare experience starting at the age of 18

·      Experience with multiples

·      Current CPR/FA in-person

·      Clean criminal background (willing to undergo a thorough background check and register with Trustline if not yet on the registry.)

·      Legal authorization to work in the US

·      Covid vaccinated

·      Annual flu shot

·      Current tdap or willing to update if a new baby enters the family

·      Clean driving record and the ability to safely transport 2-3 children safely on a busy street, getting them in and out (family car provided)

·      Fluent English speaking

·      Russian speaking or Spanish speaking a big plus

·      Non-smoking/non-vaping with complete willingness to refrain from the use of any fragrances as mom has severe allergies and asthma

Personality/Vibe:

This family is looking for someone very patient, engaging, nurturing and excited to play! Their dream nanny is a sweet person, as they want the kids to feel safe. Someone outgoing, positive, and bubbly who believes in fostering curiosity, and who enjoys being physical and active with busy kids would be a great fit.

This is not a screen time family. They say: “Our household has an intentional atmosphere. Dr. Becky, we try to create a peaceful, safe home. We validate feelings, value taking accountability for mistakes, hold boundaries, are not overly assertive but not passive either. We are kind and firm; we joke around a lot, are playful with the kids, and are very involved parents but not in an annoying helicopter way. We are looking for a teammate; someone to work collaboratively to raise kind humans.”

Duties: Child related only (keeping the kids' nails trimmed, keeping them clean, etc. along with preparing simple basic breakfast/lunch/snacks for them and helping in the home with everything exclusively related to them (they have 3X weekly housekeeper)

Travel/Overnights: Possibly (please be willing to at least stay overnight occasionally)
