Full Time Nanny Position for One Infant in Brentwood!

Incredibly sweet first-time parents are looking for a full-time nanny for their baby boy at their home in Brentwood, to begin June 1st! Please see the job details below and read the post in its entirety.

Start Date: June 1

Location: Brentwood

Parents: Mom (Works full time, mostly from home) and Dad (Works full time, from home on Fridays)

Child: One healthy baby boy born March 2

Pets: None

Guaranteed Schedule (The estimated schedule is below. The hours will be completely confirmed once both parents officially return to work but the hours will be between 7:30am-5pm and no less than 42 hours weekly.)

M 8-4:30

T 7:30-4:30

W 7:30-4:30

TH 8-4:30

F 7:30-3

Longevity: At least a full year+

Pay: $30-$35 per hour

Benefits: Standard paid time off

Requirements:

• 5+ professional years of experience starting at the age of 18

• Legal authorization to work in the US

• Covid vaccinated (initial round)

• Current tdap

• Annual flu shot is a plus but not a dealbreaker

• Clean driving record with a safe reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided for on-the-job driving)

• Current in-person CPR/FA

• Clean criminal background (Trustline registered or willing to be)

• Fluent English speaking

• Second language a plus

• A firm understanding of child development and milestones

Personality/Vibe: Mom describes herself as a chill "type a." Both parents are hard workers, very focused. But they tend to be pretty laid back at home. They like to go for walks, like an agenda but also have days where they are more relaxed. Pancakes every Saturday morning. They loved to travel before having the baby, like to go out to eat, spend time with friends, like to work out and be active. They come from the mid-west and want to take advantage of the beautiful weather here. They are looking for a nanny who is reliable, responsible, warm, engaging, and kind. A more laid back personality would probably vibe best with this family.

Duties: Baby care (developmental activities/outside time) and baby related duties only

Travel: Potentially some occasional domestic travel in the future
