Full Time Nanny Position for One Baby Boy in West LA! UPDATE: THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED!

Hardworking first-time parents are searching for an experienced nanny to care for their 4-month-old baby boy at their home in West LA beginning in late January/Early February! Both parents are lawyers and usually one of them is working from home in a dedicated workspace (know how to navigate this situation, as it is not a large home, will be important.) The family does have a dog (toy poodle) and while there ae no responsibilities for the dog, comfort with dogs is needed.

Start Date: Late January/early February

Location: West LA (90025)

Guaranteed Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm

Longevity: At least a full year

Benefits: Standard PTO as listed in the work agreement template and a modest healthcare stipend

Pay:  $35 per hour on payroll as a W2 employee

Requirements:

·      5+ years of professional childcare experience starting at the age of 18 (including time with young infants)

·      Legal authorization to work in the US

·      CPR/FA certified (in-person), legal authorization to work in the US (registered with Trustline or willing to be)

·      Covid vaccinated (booster within the last year)

·      Current tdap

·      Annual flu shot

·      Fluency in English (Spanish or another language in addition to this would be a plus!)

·      No driving will be needed because it is a very walkable neighborhood and parks within walking distance

Personality/Vibe: When not working, parents are silly and fun, they want someone a bit more outgoing for their baby, not too reserved. But when working, nanny would need to be quieter when in the home because of the space. They are looking for someone engaging and interactive who will talk to the baby and keep him stimulated throughout the day while helping him to reach his developmental milestones.  

Duties: Baby related only (baby care and related duties including bottles, baby meal prep, baby dishes, baby laundry, baby tidying, baby organizing)

Travel: None required
