Full Time Nanny/FA Position in Encino! UPDATE: THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED!

A really lovely family of four in Encino is seeking a new nanny/family assistant for their busy household! Both parents work in entertainment and would appreciate a level of flexibility.

They are looking for a long-term professional who is warm, bubbly, enthusiastic, proactive, organized, super energetic, outgoing and, above all, very engaging with the children. This person should be a career nanny who wishes to stay with a family long term (5+ years!) and a solid communicator who is really open with dialogue. A parenting partner!

Mom says: "I don’t want to feel like someone is working for me. Kids are hard! They are gonna play us against each other and we need to be a team on this."

Start Date: August 11

Location: Encino

Children: Two girls, ages 13 and 7

Pets: 1 small dog (Dog lover required!)

Schedule: M-F 10am-6pm, 40 hours guaranteed with a bit of (advanced notice) scheduling flexibility requested 

Longevity: Long term! Looking for 5+ years.

Benefits:  Standard paid time off

Pay: $35 per hour on payroll

Requirements:

·      5+ years professional experience starting at 18 (including time with school aged children)

·      Fluent English speaker

·      Current in-person cpr/fa current

·      Clean criminal history (Trustline registered or willing to be)

·      Clean driving record (have a nanny car)

·      Legal authorization to work in the US

·      Ability and willingness to engage and entertain the children

·      Covid vaccinated with one booster

·      Flu shot preferred

·      Willingness to sign NDA

Duties: Standard child related duties and family errands, organizational projects, pet assistance, light family meal prep, light tidying, nanny car maintenance, etc.

Travel: Passport and travel ready a plus
