Super sweet first-time parents of twin baby girls are looking for a full-time, long-term nanny to begin in March at their home in Beverly Hills! The babies will be 3 months old at the time the position begins.
Both mom and dad work from home, but dad travels frequently. Therefore, while the guaranteed schedule is M-F 8am-6pm, the flexibility to stay overnight (in your own room, separate from the babies just in case mom needs help) is important. The family does have two hypoallergenic pets (a dog and cat) so comfort with animals is important, although no responsibilities for the animals will be needed aside from letting the dog out back if no one else is home.
The requirements for this position are as follows:
Please have a minimum of 10 years’ professional childcare/infant experience (beginning at the age of 18) including significant time with young infant twins. Impeccable, verifiable references are needed. Must have covid vaccination with at least one booster, flu vaccine and current tdap. A clean criminal background (Trustline registered or willing/eligible) and clear driving record (family will provide a vehicle for driving the babies) are needed as well as current CPR/FA certification (in person course.) Bilingual is a plus, fluent English is needed. Please be comfortable with mom being home and somewhat involved (but not micromanaging.) The ability to travel both domestically and internationally (passport ready) on occasion and flexibility for overnights are a necessity (with advance notice) and the nanny must be able to work legally in the US.

The pay being offered for this position is $40 per hour on payroll and the benefits include standard paid time off and a healthcare stipend. The duties are only related to the babies.
