A pair of first-time parents located in Beverly Hills are looking for a full-time nanny to support them with their sweet and happy 9-month-old baby girl beginning in May!
The schedule will be M-F, 8am-4pm (with occasional requests for longer days.) This is a long-term opportunity, as they would like someone to be with their family for many years to come! The pay for this position is $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The family is offering standard benefits.
The right person for this position will have 5+ years of professional full-time childcare experience (starting from the age of 18) with infants and young toddlers. They would like a nanny who is well versed in all the milestones from infant to toddlerhood (introducing solids, walking, potty training, etc.) with deep knowledge or coursework in child development would be a great fit; former daycare/preschool teachers are encouraged to apply! Please come with a history of longer-term nanny commitments (at least 1-2 years with each family) and glowing references. Must have current CPR/FA in-person certification, a clean driving record with safe, reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided), a clean criminal background, and legal authorization to work in the US. Fluency in English is needed.
The home is clean, calm, and quiet. Both parents work from home; dad from an office that is detached from the house. In terms of personality, the family would love a nanny who is proactive; someone who will enrich their baby’s life, develop her motor skills, cognitive skills, plan activities, plan healthy meals and take initiative. Their ideal nanny is loving, professional, detail-oriented, clean, organized, calm and reliable. They are seeking an individual who will be active with their daughter, willing to run after her at the park as she becomes more mobile and take her swimming. Lastly, they would like their nanny to model healthy living and self-care for their daughter as she grows.
The job duties will be baby related tasks (baby meal prep/laundry/tidying, organizing and taking baby to play dates and/or activities, etc.). If time permits, they may ask the nanny to help with minor tasks around the home (e.g., unloading the dishwasher) - the family already has a dedicated housekeeper.
If you believe yourself to be a great fit for this position, please send your professional childcare resume (in word or PDF format) to naysnannies@gmail.com with the subject “BH NANNY.” Thank you!
